- Report to MD in handling day to day secretarial works
- Organise and maintain diaries in making appointments
- Arrange travel & accommodation for MD
- Preparation & typing of correspondance
- Maintain systematic filling system, safe keeping of important doc and ensure confidentiality
- Maintain calender of social function for MD
- Set up meeting
- Company and personal mattters would include, travelling and entertainment, private banking and investment, official meetings and appointments, personal tax and residence matters and the likes.
- Other ad-hoc assignments as may be required
